Sports car manufacturer Lamborghini, in collaboration with developer Dar Global, has recently revealed an exclusive collection of 53 luxury villas situated near the picturesque coastal town of Marbella in southern Spain. These opulent residences, collectively known as Tierra Viva, offer breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and are perched on a verdant hillside in the charming town of Behanavís, just a stone’s throw away from Marbella. The development showcases 53 exquisite two-storey villas, exemplifying the epitome of elegance and sophistication.

Unveiled as Lamborghini’s inaugural residential undertaking in Europe, these villas have been meticulously designed to embody the very essence and values of the iconic sports car brand.

“[The] design is directly inspired by the brand’s supercars, with interiors enriched by sophisticated finishes inspired by the Lamborghini style,” said the brand.

Those with their eye on the prize will have to wait until its expected completion date of 2027, and like the design of a Lamborghini, great things take time.

Lamborghini has now entered the competition amongst distinguished automakers in the realm of extraordinary real estate, alongside Bentley, who has revealed plans for their Miami residences, and Aston Martin, who has recently unveiled a magnificent luxury penthouse.

Lamborghini’s project in Spain offers a unique proposition of expansive living spaces that boast breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Situated on a picturesque hillside near the village of Behanavis, just a short 15-minute drive from the vibrant city of Marbella, the location offers access to a marina, golf clubs, and a beautiful beach.

While drawing inspiration from Lamborghini’s legendary designs, the villas themselves will not mimic the shape of the supercars directly. Instead, they will tastefully incorporate subtle elements that reflect Lamborghini’s distinctive style.

Renderings of the project showcase the minimalist design of the villas, strategically positioned at different elevations to ensure uninterrupted vistas of the mesmerizing sea.

Created by developer Dar Global, future residents will have the opportunity to choose from three exceptional housing alternatives, ranging from the luxurious six-bedroom Diamante Villas, the multi-levelled Zafiro Villas featuring five bedrooms, and the terraced garden Esmeralda Villas, complete with four bedrooms. The villas will have floor-to-ceiling glazing and be finished with marble floors.

“Like precious stones the 53 exclusive villas at Tierra Viva rise gently from the land,” said Dar Global.

“They are carefully constructed at different levels on the hills to ensure every villa enjoys endless panoramas of the Mediterranean Sea.”

Each of these spaces has been thoughtfully crafted to incorporate Lamborghini’s sleek, sophisticated design aesthetic, featuring luxurious leather finishes, expansive glass windows, and dynamic marble elements.

Each residence also comes equipped with a private swimming pool and lavish gardens, adding to the overall opulence of the development.

The development is the latest in a succession of residential properties being created by luxury car brands.

While the project is said to exceed a value of $300 million, pricing information has yet to be officially disclosed. For the time being, however, we can simply marvel at the magnificence of the project from a distance, much like we would admire an extravagant Lamborghini.
