Ferretti Yachts continues to raise the bar for oceanic elegance with the debut of its stunning new Ferretti Yachts 800. Stretching 80 feet, this remarkable vessel embodies a balance of style, innovation, and performance—showcasing what modern yachting can truly be when livability and luxury are given equal priority.
The yacht is the product of a collaboration between the Ferretti Group’s Strategic Product Committee and its Engineering Department, with exterior styling by architect Filippo Salvetti and interiors designed by IdeaeItalia. Together, they’ve created a sleek, sophisticated design that not only turns heads but also maximizes every inch of space on board.
From the moment you step aboard, it’s clear that the Ferretti 800 was designed to bring passengers closer to the sea. At the stern, a 75-square-foot beach area transforms into a breathtaking sea-view terrace, thanks to a fold-out transom sofa. Just steps away, the 161-square-foot cockpit features a transparent glass parapet that provides an unobstructed connection to the water.
Generous glazing throughout the vessel floods the interiors with natural light, ensuring panoramic views even from the comfort of the main salon sofa. The ceiling height—just shy of seven feet—adds to the sense of openness rarely found in yachts of this size. Owners can personalize the space with Classic or Contemporary decor themes, as well as choose from three different salon layouts designed for flexibility in seating and entertainment arrangements.
Ferretti’s designers have also prioritized privacy and functionality. A sliding door and a small lobby separate the main living area from the galley and helm station, giving guests the peace and quiet they deserve. Meanwhile, a smart system of independent walkways allows the three-cabin crew to move discreetly between work areas—such as the galley, wheelhouse, and outdoor spaces—without passing through guest zones.

Below deck, the Ferretti 800 offers accommodation for up to eight guests across four beautifully appointed cabins, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. The master suite, spanning 194 square feet, sits at the center of the lower deck and is insulated from engine noise by a cleverly positioned walk-in closet and bathroom. It includes a comfortable sofa, vanity table, and large windows that invite natural light into the space.
The forward VIP cabin is equally well-conceived, featuring wardrobes on either side of the bed for maximum storage efficiency. Two additional guest cabins include sliding beds, allowing for flexible configurations based on guest needs.
The crew quarters, located aft and accessible via the port walkway, include three single-bed cabins, a generous bathroom, and a laundry area—ensuring smooth onboard operations even during long voyages.
Under the sleek hull, the Ferretti 800 is powered by twin 1,550-horsepower V12 engines, capable of propelling the yacht to a top speed of 31 knots (36 mph) and a cruising speed of 27 knots (31 mph).
